Do you accept orders from other countries outside of the United States?

We do take international orders please email [email protected] for more information.

What are your MOQs?

100 bottles is the minimum order quantity for all of our water bottle styles. Total order quantity options are 100, 200, 350 or 500.

Will I be charged sales tax if I am part of a non-profit organization?

If you are part of a non-profit organization and can provide us with the state issued sales tax exemption certificate or state government issued tax ID number, you will not be taxed on your order.

Do I need a resale certificate to purchase bottles?

No, you do not need a resale certificate to purchase bottles. However, if you are in a taxable state or will be selling to a taxable state, then you will be charged the appropriate taxes for your purchase.

Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?

Production lead time begins after proof approval. You will receive your bottle order in 2-6 weeks after approval. Lead times will depend on order quantity and seasonality.

What shipping services are available?

Orders ship with the option of either FedEx Ground or FedEx Priority services.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box?

No, we cannot ship to a PO Box. A physical address is required when placing an order

Bottles
Are all your bottles & caps BPA free?

Yes, all of our bottles are BPA free and are made of food-safe FDA approved materials.

Are your bottles and caps dishwasher safe?

Yes, our bottles and caps can be washed on the top rack of a dishwasher. However, our Chromatek Insulated bottles should be washed by hand only.

How do I care for my Purist bottle?

The interior of a Purist bottle should never be scrubbed with an abrasive material or brush. The best cleaning method is to simply rinse out after each use and when needed, rinse with warm water and a mild soap. Alternatively, the bottle can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher or you can use a soft cloth on the interior if necessary.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Yes, all our bottles can be recycled in your regular recycle bin

Where are your bottles made?

Our bottles are made and printed in California.

Pricing
Does the price per item change with quantity ordered?

Yes, pricing changes depending on the total quantity of bottles ordered. The first significant price break is at the 200 unit quantity for US orders.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any issues with printing errors will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial refund if it is determined that the error was not present in the approved digital proof at the time of purchase.
